If you need to return a item please contact us directly  within 14 days of your purchase  where a member of our staff will be able to 
assist you further. please note some products may incur a restocking fee

To qualify for a return the product must be in it original packaging un used and unopened state.

You have the right to request a refund or exchange on your returned item, we will work as promptly and efficiently as we can to fulfil your request 

If your item is received faulty or Brocken please contact us immediately where we will arrange a replacement or refund
